Getting Started

The first time we meet, we will discuss what your home buying objectives are. This is a good time to ask questions, and we will give you an idea of what to expect during the buying process. We will discuss budget, location, size and type home you are wanting to purchase. We will provide you with a complete Comparative Marketing Analysis (CMA) for  properties of interest. 

You're ready to Buy Your Home

Once you decide you are ready, we will begin the offer and negotiation process once acceptable terms are agreed upon you will sign a standard Purchase Agreement. We will assist in arranging a home inspections and handle any disparities with the seller.
