Andy Wilson

Andy’s understanding of the luxury gated golf club community is unusually deep, not only as a member and a longtime resident of Admirals Cove but from the years he spent as President of the Admirals Cove Property Owners Association and serves on the Clubs Board of Directors. In both positions, representing the best interest of the members and homeowners is paramount. 

As an Investor and developer, Andy successfully built a 28-home project in Philadelphia. Andy also bought, renovated and sold 3 homes in Admirals Cove and currently the Agency is building a new home set for completion June 2021.

Andy’s involvement in the selling, buying and building multi-million-dollar estates gives his clients the advantage of successful seasoned businessman with strong negotiation skills that make deals happen. 

After 35 years growing his family business into the nation’s leading Retail Packaging source that triggered the permanent move to Florida after selling to private equity
